 If you have a fungal infection on your skin, then apply yogurt to the area and let it stay for 20-30 minutes.  This will help relieve the itching sensation.


 If you have vaginal yeast, dip a tampon in yogurt and leave it attached to your vagina for two hours.  Do this application twice a day.


 2.Coconut oil


 Coconut oil is lethal to fungi as it has antifungal properties.


 Apply coconut oil to your fungus-affected skin three times a day.  You can also mix coconut oil and cinnamon oil in equal amounts.


 In the case of oral thrush, keep the oil in your mouth for 5 to 10 minutes.  Then spit out the oil.


 3.Apple cider vinegar


 Apple cider vinegar and white vinegar can control a fungal infection.  Because it contains fungus-killing components.


 Add two tablespoons of vinegar to a cup of warm water.  Drink it twice a day for a few days.

 Alternatively, dilute white or apple cider vinegar with plain water and wipe your skin affected by fungus.  Leave the area open after application and then rinse.


 4. Garlic

 Crush a few cloves of garlic and make them into a paste.  Apply garlic directly to the fungus affected areas.  If fresh garlic is not available, dilute the garlic with a few drops of vitamin E and coconut oil and apply it to the affected areas.


 You can also consume garlic tablets or fresh garlic.  Fresh garlic also destroys bacteria that cause bad odor on teeth.
